I re-read the error message, and it piqued my curiosity - it seems to be unable to create an ActionBar, which is strange because ActionBar showed up well before API level 19. I then learned that the OnePlus One uses Cyanogenmod - it's possible that it's different enough from stock Android to create some problems (just guessing).
But in case that's not true, here are a few things to try:
1) Open up your Android SDK Manager and make sure you have that API 19 SDK completely installed.
2) While in the SDK Manager, scroll down to the "Extras" folder and make sure the "Android Support Library" is installed.
3) Copy the v7 appcompat jar files into the
vendor directory of your RM project. Something like this should work:
cp $RUBYMOTION_ANDROID_SDK/extras/android/support/v7/appcompat/*.jar Hello/vendor
4) Add these lines to your Rakefile:
app.vendor_project jar: "vendor/android-support-v4.jar"
app.vendor_project jar: "vendor/android-support-v7-appcompat.jar"
If you get the same error message, then my (highly uninformed) guess would be that there's an issue with RubyMotion and Cyanogenmod. But, if you end up with a different error message, please post it because it might mean that we're on the right track.
